The programme takes place every day Monday to Saturday. Sunday is dedicated to the "lazy day".

If you're not an English speaker, we will do our best to ensure your active participation in the activities.

THE ACTIVITIES

Meditation

Guided daily practise to welcome the day by bringing our body and mind to the present moment. By coming home to our breathing, we calm down our nervous system and enjoy the quality of our presence. It is only in a state of calmness that we can recognise and understand the forces that are moving within.

Sharing circles

Group gatherings to carry over the strong sense of community that characterised the whole Camino experience.

It's a possibility to share experiences and lessons learnt, set intentions and receive support from the group in an inclusive and safe space.

Body movement

Gentle practise aimed at reducing tension in the body and bringing relief to the parts that might be fatigued after the walk.

This will include tools to stimulate the body awareness and autonomous treatment, like gentle stretching and self body massage that you can keep performing once home.

Free time

It is the time of the day dedicated to recharge and reconnect through silence, time in nature, reading, writing, exercise, rest, or to explore the beautiful surroundings, reaching the beach or the mountain by a 20 minute walk.

During this time, it is also possible to restore the body by booking a massage with Nadia.

Workshops

Theme-based activities, such as guided journaling, art workshops, letters to selfexpressive body movement or conscious walking. The aim is to elaborate specific aspects or memories of the Camino through the use of languages to unlock both our conscious and unconscious sides.

Lazy day

Inspired by the teachings of the zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, Sunday is devoted to the practise of being rather than doing. With no scheduled activities throughout the day, the lazy day is an opportunity to let the day unfold, doing what feels right in each and every single moment.

When the weather will allow it, some activities will be carried out outside, on the beach or on the Monte Pindo rocks, to allow the sound and the presence of nature to support us in the process even deeper.
